At present no permanent cure for ankylosing spondylosis. There are newer drugs but you need to select drugs carefully as many have side effects. Preventing or controling further damage is important. Swimming walking yoga bhujangasan is important.

My wife is 30 years old and she has AVN in her right hip. 3years back we meet Dr. he had informed us that its deteriorated to Arthritis and we should do the hip replacement surgery when the pain will get unbearable. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
Do hot fomantation.

My right knee is swollen and it got fluid inside it. It's been 4 months when I first consulted with a doctor, took his medicines for 2 and half months but nothing got better, then I consulted another doctor and he prescribed me some test like hla b27 and it's negative, got vitamin b12 deficiency it's 190. He's also unable to tell what's the exact problem, currently in prayagraj and done with my mri and the results are nothing it's just my knee is swollen and that's why it's filled with the fluid. The second doctor took the water outside from my knee 2 times in a day (64 ml and 32 ml ), with the help of an injection, the problematic fact is that as soon the doctor took the fluid out, it got filled within just 10 mins. The third doctor also did the same yesterday in pryagraj after watching my mri results but nothing helped, the condition is getting worse. I got maybe every test reports a doctor needs and I just want the right medication, please help.

I have been having left hip pain I can not do internal r9tation to wear socks and its everyday pain I went to do xray and the doctor said my bone is to close to the hip and can not see the cartilage so he asked for mri. Does this only option is surgery? Im 33 years old. But im living with pain everyday. Or there is other solution? Like stretching to make space to the bone and give space to cartilage to rebuild ou get healthy? I walk like stumbling. I cnt bend my knee to my chest. Fisioteraphy helps? I have the xray with me.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

Good morning, of recent I realized that after ejaculating I get to feel pain in my upper right at the hip joint close to the groin area. It feels like the pain is coming from a vain or something. And at times this pain spreads to my right thigh and leg. I have done culture and test but nothing was found, I was placed on strong antibiotic injections for wide range of of infection, still the pain is there, if I happen to cum twice in a day I will almost be limping on my right leg because of the pain which spreads from my heap socket down to my feet. The part just above my hips is paining. I can feel the tailbone through the skin. I've searched on google the possible things it could be. I think it's tailbone/coccyx pain. Actually I have this from a couple of years but it is occasional and only pains a bit for a couple of days and then it's fine for a few months and then pain again. This pain is tolerable.
