1. Spinal decompression
how it helps – spinal decompression should be the very first thing you do to treat a herniated or bulging disc because it essentially creates space between your vertebrae, and thus takes pressure off the discs.

It may be avn or weakness at the hip joint, can you share the reports? Continue with medicines as prescribed by the doc, do apply hot or ice pack twice a day for 15 min to reduce pain, consult with reports for proper assessment so that proper treatment can be prescribed.

This should be due to the sciatic nerve compression in the right side probably close to your l5 vertebrae.
