It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

Hi mam
there is one covering which surround hip joint is break but at less intense most probably about 30-40%.
Secondly, there is swelling at you outer side of thigh
it is advisable to take proper medicine and physiotherapy sitting for its recovery.
For beginning start ice pack and volini gel. Avoid cross sitting.

Lie on your side, with your affected hip on top. Support your head and stabilize yourself as necessary.
Tighten the muscles in your affected leg to keep your knee straight.
Lit your top leg until your foot is about 12 inches of the floor. Be sure to keep your hip and leg in line with the rest of your body and make sure you don’t roll towards your back.
