Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the query. It is difficult to give any advice based on very limited information made available. It is better if you provide following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, drugs being taken with dosage, diet pattern, extent of daily exercise and BP readings. Or else please consult your local diabetologist. Most often a slight change in lifestyle namely diet intake and exercise should be useful. Thanks.

Eat fewer processed foods. Only a small amount of sodium occurs naturally in foods. Most sodium is added during processing.
Don't add salt. Just 1 level teaspoon of salt has 2,300 mg of sodium. Use herbs or spices to add flavor to your food.
Ease into it. If you don't feel you can drastically reduce the sodium in your diet suddenly, cut back gradually. Your palate wi...more

HbA1C is a test which shows sugar levels of the last three months. You should keep calm and remain stress free. It will gradually come to normal. Both the conditions are most commonly caused by worry and stress. Try meditation for calmness. If you still have any query, let me know.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
To provide a dietplan for any one following details are needed: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and lipid profile. Plus present treatment with dosage. It is better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation) then I will be able to guide. The glucose levels mentioned also show that diabetes is not very well controlled. Thanks.
