Do not use any face wash or moisturisers , and apply coconut oil and do not use soap and just leave it to dry

Hello sir. Mera 7 month pehle accident hua tha jiski wajha se meri arm half tak he upar ho pati hai. Mera P.G.I CHANDIGARH se opration bhi hua hai 4 month pehle. But wo opration successful nahi hua. Ab doctors ne bola hai physiotherapy karne ko aap bata sakte hai main konsi exercises karu jisse meri arm half se upar tak uth sake.

hot formetation stretching
strengthning exercises
mobility exercises like shoulder protraction and retraction

Hi Sir, I met with an accident 1 month earlier, injured on my face ,now injuries healed and black scars remained below right eye and forehead, how could I heal that scars ,Please suggest any ointment a hairline fracture also on upper side of right eye, is there any medication for that? I am prescribed with ecosprin 150 with azitric 20. I had minor stroke 3 years back and taking unistar 150 with azitric. Recently I recovered from accident in jan 2018 when doc stopped unistar and started levipil. Now my eeg is normal and doc has started ecosprin and azitric. Want to know if ecosprin is safe for long time and can we stop drug by life style change. I am 54 85 kg and planning to reduce weight to 75 kg in 6 months.

Avoid too much medicines. If you were admitted to hospital with a blockage, you need ecospirin A/V, if not, avoid it. Otherwise it causes as much harm as benefit.

I am having 7 months baby. I had my last periods on march 3. On April 22 it is diagnosed that I am pregnant with 6 weeks 3 days. On 24th doctor gave one type of tablet from unwanted kit. And 26th doctor gave another 4 tablets. She told me to take two tablets after breakfast. And then after two hours two tablets. She told me get the scan report on may 10th. On may 7 I stopped bleeding. On may 8th we participated in sex. And again on next day it started bleeding with little cramps. So I missed the scan on may 10. Today on may 15th I had done the scan. It showed that some small pieces are left. Am scared on dnc. Is there any way to remove that small pieces with tablets? Pls help me. If there is no other option. For how many days I can postpone the dnc. Because we are having one function. Pls answer all my queries.

If your blood clotting tests are normal and you want to try tablets then those which were given on 26th can be tried knowing that they may fail and you again need to do ultrasonography after 1 week or 10 days.

Health Query

I had an accident on 19th march in which my ligaments got tear. But I got my MRI done on 7th may. Bahut late diagnosis hua that ligament is torn. MRI report says" near complete rupture of ATFL and partial tear of PTFL. And little bit swelling in ankle. Nowi going for physiotherapy daily for 1 hour and wearing PVC boot. Will it work in healing of ligaments. How much approximately it will take to heal. I am taking good diet of protein, calcium. I am also taking UBINEXT LC and calmopic tablets daily. I hope there is no need for surgical treatment. When I will get back to my proper walk. Please revert back soon.

Hi, Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
