Your blood pressure are in acceptable range. There is no specific point of blood pressure to achieve. The normal range is 100 to 120 systolic, 60 to 90 diastolic. According to american heart Association bp more than 130 is stage 1 hypertension. But medications are started if patient has other risk factors for atherosclerosis. So if your cholesterol, blood sugar levels are fine and you have not suffered from heart attack or stroke your bp levels don't need treatment.

A good diet, rich in fibres with omega fatty acids will help you control your cholesterol. I would suggest follow the diet nicely .include flax seeds, few almonds and walnut, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains in diet. Work out for atleast 40 mins. Take adequate fluids.

Hello, First of all improve your diet. Like you can use olive oil in cooking as well as you can use green tea with pinch of black pepper. Avoid sugar by increasing protein in your diet as it helps to control sugar carvings. Use ayurvedic medicines as they have no side effects and improves your bp sugar etc. For further details you can contact.
