Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. T4 12.5 ng/ml, is just above the upper limit of 12 ng/ml. TSH is 2.5 mU/L. is within the normal limit. So I do not see any problem with regard to those two values.
As regards dyslipidemia, please mention the actual values of all the lipids, then only any comment can be made.
Another aspect please let me know whether your symptoms associated with hypothyroidism are in check or not? Thanks

You can do the following-- stop smoking (if you smoke). Smoking lowers your hdl, (“good”) cholesterol level. Change the way you eat. Low-fat, low-cholesterol eating benefits all your lipid levels.
Lose weight if necessary.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle Start exercising.
Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or “good” fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl).

Cholesterol is a fatty, waxy substance which is found naturally in the blood and is produced by the liver. It is essential for the formation of cell membranes and is an important component of Vitamin D and steroid hormones. But if you are eating food that is rich in fat then you are ingesting cholesterol in an amount that is more than what your body needs.
Though cholesterol is important for the normal functioning of the body, it needs to be kept within a normal range.

This report may or may not be correct. You can cross-check from some other lab. But as you said you take healthy food. But it depends on your body what it’s assimilating. It’s important what you eat n at what time. All the food are good. Food is not good or bad. It’s the timings that are good or bad. So may be you r consuming right food at the wrong time or your body is not able to absorb good things out of food. Also meals or what you eat before n after exercise are very important.
