Diet for high cholesterol is not a one time treatment. You have to do 45 mins of exercises and take foods low in bad cholesterol and have to include omega 3 n 6 fatty acids like nuts, fish and more vegetarian protein sources. And keep monitoring your cholesterol level and follow doctor advice regularly.
