Finish whatever amount you have already purchased and then stop. Triglycerides should be treated with proper diet, fenolip is required only when they are above 1000
triglycerides are manufactured in liver from sugar jaggery wheat rice alcohol and all other soluble nutrients. Reduce these items in diet, increase conventional health foods. You can make a list of traditional health foods by talking to those who are 90 years old.

Hdl or high density lipoprotein are gud for health.
Once can start taking kumari aasav 4 tsf with equal amount of water twice a day after meals for 3 months to control cholesterol.
