It’s important what you eat n at what time. All the food are good. Food is not good or bad. It’s the timings that are good or bad. Please get your blood sugar, bp checked as well. Try and maintain ideal body weight. Regular physical exercise and walk is good for you. After these life style changes for three months recheck your lipid profile and take advise about medication at that time. If you are a smoker then stop smoking forthwith.
