Ovral can cause high bp. You should stop taking ovral and go for different options for your cyst. If your bp is persistently high you may need to take medicines for high bp too.

Hello c.p.
Increased bp is also present with increased age
for maintenance take medicine regularly or if required change the dose accordingly
take diet which is less salty and less spices. Take plenty of fluids
avoid caffeine
monitor bp time to time.
