take your vitamin supplements.
Take vitamin c rich food in your diet like orange, lemon,guava, bell peppers etc
take plenty of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Protein rich non veg diet like boiled egg, chicken, fish.
Milk with turmeric can be taken
avoid fat & sugar rich food. Avoid packaged and processed food from outside. Keep yourself hydrated by having sufficient water & ors.

post covid period is a crucial period wherein you shud keep a check on nutrition. U shud include more of protein n carbohydrate rich diet.
Start your mrng with a glass of milk and a handfull of dry nuts or soaked almonds.

It is ok to take the medications. But I would recommend you to opt for natural food stuffs like legumes like chickpeas, lentils ,beans seeds like sesame nuts like almond cashew which are high in zinc content. As zinc is a trace element we need it only in small quantities. Also the most important thing in covid is eat healthy stay healthy. Drink lots of water. And most importantly sanitize, wear masks and keep social distancing.
