Unfortunately, we don't get vitamin d from food, unless it's fortified with it. If you have exposure to the sun during the morning hours and are reasonably active, your levels may be sufficient. However, since vitamin d absorption needs direct exposure of skin to sunlight (overexposure runs risk of skin cancer), many individuals are deficinent.

I have seen the details mentioned. However, I would like to know the following: current t3, t4 & tsh levels (26 that you are mentioning is it tsh?) and if you have done anti tpo antibodies test please inform the details. Also it is better to look at your lipids (cholesterol levels). On seeing all the details I will be able to give correct advise.
