Technically, only temperatures above 99 degree Fahrenheit is Fever or abnormal. If your temperature isn't above that, you need not worry and there is nothing you should do to bring down a normal body temperature. Some people sweat more and may have seemingly low body temperature sometimes. May be you could have your husband talk to a doctor who would convince him that your body temperature is normal and he will have to get used to it.
