You can use fish oil but it has not shown any proven mortality benefit, but you can use there is no harm.
Also I hope his angiography has been done to rule out blockages in his coronaries also I recommend the new drug tab vymada to increase his pumping! ofcourse cardace needs to be stopped first before starting this and discuss with your cardiologist regarding this drug as its an expensive one. Tc.

Generally, you want a slow heart rate when you’re resting. It’s a sign of good health. But if it is too slow, it could be a symptom of bradycardia.
You may exercise a lot, and a slow heart rate could be a sign of how fit you are.
