Hello, enlargement of heart has many causes, most common is high blood pressure. Stick control of bp is required. Need to get 2d echocardiogram for evaluation.

You have mitral stenosis. You may need a balloon dilatation of the valve, called pbmv, which is done via the leg for opening up the tight valve but it depends on your evaluation!
presently what meds you are taking are suffcient unless you get symptoms like breathlessness on exertion.

Hello, most hospitals has cardiac checkup packages. Your investigations should minimum include, renal function test, ecg, 2d echocardiogram, chest x-ray.
