Its better to change your headphones if that's the cause. Ears have soft cartilage so pressure on ears for long periods cause ear pain. You can make that pain releive by doing some home remedies like cold compression and heat compression but they are only temporary relief.

Oftentimes, patients who have a hard time overcoming their tinnitus might have their hearing affected by just one little detail. If tinnitus is especially noticeable in quiet settings, try using a white noise machine to mask the noise from tinnitus. If you don't have a white noise machine, a fan, soft music or low-volume radio static also may help. Limit alcohol, caffeine and nicotine.
