Muscle is gained through exercise and not food.
Food/ protein can only support your muscle growth when you are doing intensive exercise.
Proteins are best found in Eggs, Chicken, Fish for non veg.
Other good sources, milk and all milk products, all dals, soya beans, kidney beans, mushrooms etc.

- Along with medication you should take some dietary precautions:- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, avoid gas forming foods such as dairy products, beans, legumes, pulses, raw onion, garlic, tomatoes, chocolates, aerated drinks, broccoli, kale in vegetables

First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
