Muscle is gained through exercise and not food.
Food/ protein can only support your muscle growth when you are doing intensive exercise.
Proteins are best found in Eggs, Chicken, Fish for non veg.
Other good sources, milk and all milk products, all dals, soya beans, kidney beans, mushrooms etc.
