Many grain plants in the world such as wheat, barley, and rye have a type of protein (which acts as storage) called prolamins. Gluten is a large family of these prolamins.

Many prolamins commonly are called with a name gluten but some have specific names in which grains they are found.



Wheat has gluten called glutenins and gliadins.


Rye have prolamins named secalins.

I would recommend you to avoid coffee and have tea instead. Because tea has some benefits coffee does not.
Tea protects our teeth from tooth decay whereas coffee damages our tooth enamel.
Tea helps prevent cold, whereas coffee has no such benefit.
Coffee contains large amounts of caffeine whereas tea contains less caffeine.
