Hi, antioxidant rich foods like deep coloured fruits and vegetables- papaya, orange, mango, berries, leafy vegetables, essential fats like- almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, mix seeds like sunflower seeds ,pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, a teaspoon of ghee per day are all good for skin. Exercise for about 30-45 mins atleast 4-5 days a week should help for better circulation to skin.

Hi, triglyceride is high as it should be below 150. Restrict sugar, potato, white rice, butter, fried items and bakery foods. Vitamin d too is deficit for which you need to start medical supplements given by your doctor. Sunbath of 15-20 mins daily in strong sun will help too besides cow's milk and products. Have small frequent meals and take a well balanced diet, exercise for 30-40 minutes daily.
