Hi lybrate-user noor, it will be a healthy way, if we soak 10 to 12 raisins in cold water at night and eat empty stomach in the morning. The best way to have dry fruits in your daily routine is in the morning. Soak a handful of dry fruits like raisins, almonds, walnuts, figs, etc. It is better to avoid eating dry fruits late at night.
