Hi, Stomach burn means high acid levels. This can happen if the juice is made and kept for a long time or its had with a heavy meal. Also keeping long time gap and having juices and meals too may give acidity. Thus have small frequent meals every 2- 2.5 hourly. Try to have juices in the morning for better absorption.

As milk is a liquid, it can’t go with efficiency with the other food. Taking pomegranate at the side of milk stop digestion. Milk shouldn't be combined with a fruit because of its fat and protein contents, on reaching the stomach milk coagulates to make curd. This curd tends to collect around the specific of the opposite foods within the stomach. Therefore insulating them against the gastric juices. This prevents their digestion until the milk curd is digestible.
