Hi, Fruit is an essential food for the body as it's a rich source of Vitamins and fibre. It is the best cleanser for the gut and a good alkaliser so it reduces the acidity. Thus its a very good food to be taken on an empty stomach.

Hi, Almonds are rich in Tannins (Anti-nutritional substance) which is reduced by soaking it for 6-8 hours in water. This is the brown colour that comes in water from the Almonds. Since this water has Tannins it should be discarded. Peels of Almonds are rich in Fibre and Vitamin E and should be consumed with the Almonds.
