I could prescribe you some medicines to get relief from excessive bleeding. Before that I would like to know if you had any associated condition that's causing this problem. It could be because of a pregnancy, a bleeding disorder like vwf deficiency, vitamin deficiency, etc. Book an online consultation for the same.
