Manual lice and nit removal can help as well to get rid of lice naturally. Remove nits and lice using fine comb and then soak dry hair with white vinegar. Then wrap damp towel soaked in the vinegar around head for 30 – 60 minutes. Use a fine-tooth comb to mechanically remove nits after soaking.
