Manual lice and nit removal can help as well to get rid of lice naturally. Remove nits and lice using fine comb and then soak dry hair with white vinegar. Then wrap damp towel soaked in the vinegar around head for 30 – 60 minutes. Use a fine-tooth comb to mechanically remove nits after soaking.

Take 8-10 garlic clove and make a paste and apply it on your hair before bed time .apply baby oil into your hair which is also very much helpful. Apply olive oil with lemon. Apply salt, add water and make a solution and sprinkle over your hair. Apply tea tree oil. Apply thick layer of petroleum gelly over your hair at bed time. This will help.

Wash ur hair regularly...use natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight,next day add whole egg,curd,10ml coconut oil apply it once a week.this will work I think,.

Ivermectin lotion shamoo based you can use once,.but be careful not to go inside eyes .If nits (eggs of lice) are also there ,you need to pull them out manually.they will not be killed by shampooIif nits are left as it is they will be converted in to lice.
