Dear Kiran, most likely after the Fall your wife head had hit a hard object she has a Hematoma of the scalp (sub galeal hematoma) . If she doesn't have any problems in walking and balance or speech it could be a superficial injury and this Hematoma will resolve in 3 to 4 weeks. However if she has persistent giddiness it is better to have a CT scan of the brain done. Sometimes this kind of Hematoma may require surgical drainage thank you

She needs a proper neuro rehab at home. If can not be managed then I can provide you the online tutorial as how to do exercise go feel better. Right now she is in acute stage so she can have a good recovery depending upon type and area of stroke.
