Get you fasting and pp blood sugar done. Normal values for fasting-less tha 100 non diabetic, 100-125 prediabetic and 126 or more dianetic.
PP blood sugar-up to 140 normal, 140-199 prediabetic and 200 or more diabetic.

Your sugar is on higher side. You take fasting blood sugar and pp blood sugar tests also and consult your local physician for checkup and advice.
