looking at your problems and the treatment you are undergoing, it seems it is a bit of overkill.
The vertigo you have mentioned is not true vertigo. In fact it is possibly a side effect of the drugs you are taking. Correct exercises is the key to neck and shoulder pains. And an alteration to your medicines prescription is needed.

most of back and knee braces are not efficient to protect your back or joints. how ever some are designed good ergonomically but they are also not working after some time.only good way to have correct posture is self awareness about it.just putting simple back support under low back will help you instead of expensive back brace.just listen to your body whenever you are putting mechanical stress on your body for longer time. it will give alarm in form of pain.you just not have to ignore it and c...more

You can take osar 25 twice a day and levothyroxine early morning before any food is taken and do not take milk with it. Gabapentin can be taken anytime and pantoprazole half an hour before breakfast.
