Dear user, stop dexorange and any other medication. Get a few blood tests such as cbc, lft, rft, stool examination and consult me online with the reports. We can reach a diagnosis and start appropiate treatment. Good luck.

You urgently need to consult a medicine specialist. Artesunate is generally safe in pregnancy and won't affect the baby. But fever needs to be brought down under control or it is detrimental to both.

Gum disease can make your teeth feel more sensitive, and that sensitivity might just include an itchy sensation. Bacteria can sometimes lead to an inflammation of the gums known as gingivitis. If that's not treated, it can progress to a more serious version known as periodontitis.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.

Grilinctus syrup is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Stop the syrup. Do steam inhalation 3 times a day. Gargle with warm salt water often. Brush twice daily and clean your tongue (as it can be a breeding place for bacteria).
