2) Ensure a sufficient intake of protein.
3) Eat foods high in vitamin A.
4) Eat plenty of foods rich in vitamin B.
5) Set up your silica intake.
6) Eat enough foods containing copper and zinc.
7) Include foods rich in sulphur in your diet.
8) Ensure a sufficient iron intake.

Change your shampoo into a baby shampoo. Avoid iodized salt. Hot oil massage with oilve oil+ coconut oil. Apply natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight, next day add whole egg, curd,10 ml coconut oil, few drops of lemon juice, apply it on scalp, after drying rinse thoroughly, do not use shampoo on that day.
