Natural Hair Oil is always better; avoid highly advertised and claimed oils.
Use natural coconut oil; it is one of the best and cheapest.
But not just oiling hairs will help, the procedure will also help.
Do not apply harshly. Apply gently. Application to the scalp is very essential and not superficially on hairs only.
Massage a little during application.
Best time to apply oil is at night before sleep, keep it overnight.
Wash the hair the next day to remove hair oil.
