U need to increase ur BMI otherwise ur weight will not increase,so for this I have to do regular exercise,,do some yoga,,take high protein,,take cereals,take beans,take dates n raisins with milk,,take butter with bread,take peanut butter with boiled potatoes,take protein powder,take fatty fish,take red meat,take 4-5 bananna with milk,,this will help

You can consult a surgical oncologist. The lump (gaath) can be evaluated and if required a mammography and /or biopsy can be done to check. In young patient, it's usually a simple lump (benign) but we need to evaluate the patient properly to confirm.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
