Black gums are due to melanin pigmentation on gums. This melanin is present in your hair follicle as well which makes hair turn black .either you can get depigmentation procedure done by your dentist .and remove black pigment on your gum.

Hello user, no there. Are no sideeffects as such it is good for maintaining gum health. Yes it can be rinsed with normal water. You should apply it with finger and massage on gums then leave for half hour and then rinse in between do not use water you can spit if you want.

A balanced diet is enough but oral. Hygiene is very important brush twice daily especially at night massage gums.

Hello
There might be either a cavity in any of tooth on left or right side
But if its a generalised pain in all the gums on both left and right side may be gums are inflamed which need scaling.
To know exact thing we need a full mouth xray to seee the issue
Lukewarm water and salt rinses will help do it 3-4 times in a days

Hey there, * brush twice daily.
* do warm saline rinses twoce daily.
* have food rich in vitamin c like aamla, lemon, kiwi.
* have lots of salads and firm fruits.
* use a soft or ultrasoft tooth brush.
* use desi ghee to massage gums twice but strictly at night.
* visit your dentist regularly and follow their instructions.

Hey there, the boil and white patches are formed where you place your tobacco quid. This is called tobacco pouch keratosis.
Rx:
* quit habit of tobacco chewing.
* orasore gel for local application over the boil thrice daily for 1 week.
* brush twice daily using an ultrasoft tooth brush.
