First it would be better to know on which surface the restoration has been done. Try maintaining proper oral hygiene as advised by your dental surgeon.

You need to undergo complete scaling of your teeth with some antibiotics, mouthwash and vit c supplements for pyorrhoea. For hole in tooth you need to get it rct treated and crowned (cap). Rest dentist will find out after doing x ray what should be the appropriate treatment for the tooth with hole. Thanks.

Hello
the sugar level is very high that would restrict from doing any means of surgical procedures as such. So it is undoubtedly better to go for dentures without undergoing any implants for her.

Hello Lybrate user. The gingival soreness or infections may be associated with stress. So I advice you to consult a general physician regarding other diseases for permanent relief. Do scaling. Brush your teeth twice a day. Use dental floss. Use interdental brushes. Then the soreness will subside gradually. Consult me for further details. Thank you.

What is the nature of the pain? If pain is intermittent without much discomfort then I think it may be due to eating something hard. If the pain is continuous then it is quite possible that the nerve is infected. Its better to get it checked out from a nearby dentist.

It’s also called nursing bottle caries as the decay spreads due to feeding milk during the night & putting the baby or children to sleep without brushing. Hence early diagnosis and initiation of preventive and restorative therapies are imperative in its management. Rampant caries can affect the early permanent dentition if the child has improper dietary habits and poor oral hygiene maintenance.

Good afternoon. I can help you solve your doubts. Weakness of teeth and gums may be due to the habits like unknown clenching ar night, bone loss. I suggest you to verify if you are having the habit of clenching at night. If you are having bruxism, night guards can be given. If there is no bruxism noticed, then you take orthopantamogram in right side alone. Follow up with orthopantamogram for further doubts. Thank you.
