Generally height of a person grows up to 18 to 19th years, because at that age the growing ends of the bones fuse (stop growing). Hence after that age there will be no further increase in the height. Plus the height of a person is also dependent on the parental height and nutrition in early childhood. I do not know how you cam to know about being fused at your age (22 to 23 years.). Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
