I hope you are not thinking that just by drinking green tea you will loose weight. If yes then trust me you won't ever. Take whichever green tea you want. It will just help a bit that too only if you control your diabetes and do exercises.

1-2 cups of green tea in day is fine instead of regular tea. More than that can cause adverse symptoms as it contains some amounts of caffeine too.
