Dear user. I can understand. Green coffee bean extract do not have any direct impact on your weight reduction. It just works as green tea. It improves your metabolism. That is all. There are no short cuts to reduce the weight except ardent physical exercise and nutritious diet. dieting is not fasting, please understand. Take care.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out .
Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3.
