1. You should at least drink 2 litres of water per day.
2. Regular exercises.
3. Always eat right and nutritional food.
4. No smoking and liquor.

- To boost your immunity you have to lead a healthy lifestyle which includes,
- a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, tofu, sprouts,nuts
- add a protein rich food with each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to your protein content
- have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration
