Reveiwed reports, renal function is altered, uric acid is raised, blood urea and serum creatinine are also raised ,need to get a Renal scan, and at the same time improve hydration (2.5-3 litres of water daily for 3 days) and get a repeat KFT test done after 3 days of hydration therapy .Also get started with treatment for raised uric acid from a nephrologist.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello thanks for your Query. Hope her BP is normal. She has both kidney problem. They are into failure stage. S. Cr should be less than 1.4, here its 6.52. Please take her to hospital as she may require dialysis. Emergency required.
