Hi lybrate-user, Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning ...more

Hello lybrate-user, an erupting wisdom tooth is often associated with pain, swelling, restricted mouth opening etc. Most commonly it is because of infection of the gums surrounding the erupting tooth. I will advise you to visit an oral surgeon/dentist who will most likely prescribe you a short course of antibiotic & pain killers. In the mean time do warm saline rinses and try to keep good oral hygiene by regular brushing. All the best.

The tooth fractured due to the trauma and in the process the nerve of the tooth also died. This dead nerve is food for bacteria. Bacterial growth leads to infection causing pain and swelling. Get in touch with a good dentist and get Root canal treatment done for this tooth.

If you feel/can see that your teeth is out, then you might be suffering from one stage advance that is pyorrhea.
After scaling you can see pinkish gums in 2-3 days only but total healing takes little time. And you night have bullous pemphigoid affecting your gums. For that you need to consult your doctor for local application.
