Hi lybrate-user mam
don't worry about gestational diabetes, it is quite common. What kind of advice get from your gynaecologist. Do not take self medication. What is the your glucose level based on we can take both allopathy and siddha ayurvedha medication.
Or better allopathy medicine enough after delivery you can start only herbal medication. Kerala jamun juice helps for general debility only.

Swallow the tablet or extended-release tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, break, or chew it.
While taking the extended-release tablet, part of the tablet may pass into your stool after your body has absorbed the medicine. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
