Hello-
pain in the scrotum can be the result of serious conditions like testicular torsion or a sexually transmitted infection (sti). Ignoring the pain may cause irreversible damage to the testicles and scrotum. Often, problems with the testicles cause abdominal or groin pain before pain in the testicle develops.

You are feeling pain in vagina at time of insertion during sex. I advise you to do more foreplay of 15 to 20 minutes before going for sex. This will help to dilate vagina and avoid pain during insertion. Follow this and be happy.

Hello-
you might have developed varicocele due to masturbation. For most patients, varicocele does not cause any noticeable discomfort. However, mild or severe scrotal pain can result from varicocele. Patients typically report an “aching” sensation in the scrotum, usually associated with prolonged standing or activity.
