Allopathic medicine does not have cure and have many side effects.
Ayurvedic may not have side effects but it is very difficult to follow as it has massive doses and taste issues.

Probe tenderness only suggests that there is pain in the area of the probe being pressed during ultrasound.
That tenderness in right iliac fossa rif can be because of a simple intestinal infection or appendicitis or serious cases of infections like pus collection or even perforation.
Decision is based mainly on the combination of your clinical exam, history, blood investigation and if required ct scan study.
