You might be having a bacterial infection that is causing the problem. There is also a possibility of having ulcers. So it is necessary to determine the necessary investigations in your case based upon your symptoms and then based upon the results, the treatment plan will vary. Since you have gastritis for such long time, there is a high chance of having other complications like ulcers. You can have an online consult with me to discuss your case.

Chest pain isn't necessarily caused by gastritis. It can be a heart problem (quite common post-covid) or liver/gallbladder problem. A detailed query into your problems and symptoms along with necessary tests will be needed to establish the cause and treat accordingly. Improper diagnosis will lead to wrong treatment and the actual problem will go unnoticed and get complicated. You can have an online consult with me to discuss your case further.
