Hi. Increase in creatinine happens due to dysfunction of the kidney. Looking at your history it looks like your father is having chronic kidney disease. Some contribution to everything is partly his aging process as well. However he will need evaluation for the cause of worsening from 1.8 to 2.3. Also his diet seems to be reasonable. Pls meet a nearby nephrologist immediately.

Hi,
this is little elevated. But there could be several causes like dehydration causing it.
You should hydrate well for atleast 2-3 days then repeat it.
In the meantime also plan for a urine complete examination and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Also, do you have any other co morbidities or ny medications that you might be using?

Hey first udiliv 450 has an OD dosage so you have to take it once daily. However it doesn't have much role in formed gallstones. It keeps the bile thin and may prevent further cholesterol buildup and may dissolve sludge (sand). However in a formed gallstone it isn't of a much value but you can give it a try for a month. Besides in gallstones the gallbladder itself is damaged so even if the stone comes out, you may need a surgery for a diseased gallbladder...
