Hello Dr. I have ice pick scars and boxcar scars on my face like nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead and my skin is very sensitive, I am afraid of using creams and laser treatments. So instead of taking laser, fractional/fraxel laser, fractional co2, TCA chemical peeling, IPL treatment can I go for microneedling/dermapen or can I use dermaroller for ice pick scars and boxcar scars? Will needling and dermaroller helps in preventing scars? Will scars do completely disappear and do they produce new collagen and improve skin texture? And if I go with needling/derma roller what kind of cream do I need to apply after I use roller or needling? Will they have any side effects? If you advice me to go with needling/derma roller, suggest me best dermaroller? And please help me and suggest the best treatment process. Thank you.

As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. You can take Ultrasoni...more

Yes it might be possible as sometimes a natural muscle or skeletal imbalance will cause one leg to bear more weight than the other causing more muscle to be built in your quad/calf and possibilty of swelling of legs is also there either due to injury or fluid retention. Consult an orthopedic to get examined for the same.
