One should always consume seasonal fruits. Seasonal fruits has its natural content in it. Avoid preserve fruits and vegetables. Juicy fruits are good during the day. But if you are consuming only fruits during evening or night time, you can go for a combination. Rest proper specification depends as per your bodily parameters too, as every person has its different body constitution to accept things.

Hye,
It's fine to have juices after a strenuous activity or if energy levels are low.
Although it's always better to have a whole fruit or vegetable on a daily basis because it retains most of the fiber.

All fruits are healthy. When eaten at the right time in the right amount ...more

Most fruits have a low glycemic index (gi) because of their fructose and fiber content. Melons and pineapple have medium gi values as do some dried fruits such as dates, raisins, and sweetened cranberries. So avoid all these and eat all other fruits.

Juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost during most juicing.
