You will hear too many rules for healthy food, but no rules for junk food. Hence people eat Burgers and Pizzas freely but eat less of healthy food due to this confusion on rules. Don't get worried about rules, till the time you are eating good, healthy food. Nutritious food can be eaten any time, anywhere. Usually fruits and dry fruits can be taken before or between meals. Daily three fruits and 15 dry fruits can do wonders for your health.

Please take covered fruits which have outer covering like banana. Orange. Litchi. Mousmi. They are protected & maintained vitamin value not much affected with surrounding foods & temperature.

Hi , yes but not more than 1-2 piece s you can have plenty of jamun fruit, one piece of apple and one piece of banana any other fruits, amla, take more of fluids,

-if your plan of reducing your weight. Its better you can increase vegetable, greens intake than fruits.
