Yes Kiwi is good during winter. All fruits that are rich in vitamin C such as oranges, sweet lime, kiwi, grapes, strawberries are good to improve immunity. Other fruits such as apple, banana also can be taken.

Dairy. Low-fat milk is better. Fruit. Lighter fruits, such as apples and pears, are better. Sweeteners. Honey is excellent for reducing Kapha. All beans are fine, except tofu.
Reduce all nuts.
Grains. Most grains are fine, especially barley and millet. Spices..Vegetables.

Yes fruits are helpful in incresing platalets count but it depends on your count. But only taking fruits will not help it should be proper diet. Fruits like oranges, pomegranate, papaya are helpful.
